Responsibilities include discovering and converting new business opportunities, assessing lending risk thoroughly and transparently, supporting client retention and growth, collaborating across departments, maintaining accurate forecasting and sales tracking, managing borrower requests impacting credit risk, and championing the customer experience.

Who You Are

You are commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and driven by building meaningful relationships with clients and your team. A background in commercial or development lending is a plus, but attitude and ambition are most important.
