An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive market share growth in the tech sector. This is a 12 month fixed term contract initially.
We are seeking an exceptional talent to join us as Business Development Manager – Meta and drive profitable market share growth through business plan creation and execution, utilising TD SYNNEX sales teams and various marketing and business tools to address all relevant routes to market.

Benchmarked salary and progression paths.
Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed plan.
Take solution and service offerings to key and new customers.
Drive sales for agreed vendor portfolio including new customer identification and on-boarding.
Other business development initiatives in order to maximise results.
Manage and drive sales of specific vendor projects / portfolio where specific knowledge is required.
Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share for Meta
Successful negotiation and win key tenders, large deals and net new business.
Positive relationship and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the “Trusted Advisor”.
Responsible for increasing both customer loyalty and profitability.
Works in collaboration with Field Sales Executive and vendor representatives.
Support development of divisional Business Development Executives (BDE’s).
Key customer engagement.
Vendor operational, sales and marketing team engagement.
Be a subject matter sales expert.
Some Sales experience ideally within a Tech environment.
Commercial awareness.
Customer focus.
Excellent communication skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Influencing sales teams.
Building structured sales activity.
