To drive the growth and success of Acorn Training’s contracts in Lancashire. This involves building and maintaining strategic partnerships with employers, representing at key forums, managing new business opportunities, and fostering local connections to support sustained growth, achievement, and profitability of the contracts.

Key Responsibilities and KPIs
  • Promote Acorn Training's services and training programmes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns.
  • Develop relationships with employers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a pipeline of learners, employers, and referral partners.
  • Manage opportunities, including lead generation, meetings, and sales.
  • Use CRM systems to document progress and forecast.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery.
  • Attend networking events and share best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for business improvement.
  • Achieve set KPIs and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Full driving licence and access to vehicle (essential)
  • IOSH Health and Safety qualification (desirable)

Experience
