Courtney Smith Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for flat roofing to drive key projects in London and the South East. You will cultivate relationships with end clients and surveyors, winning repeat business and coordinating with project teams.

The role covers a patch across London and Southern Home Counties. You will identify opportunities on major projects with blue-chip clients and lead the sales cycle from initial contact to contract.

Role

This role is working for a leading Flat Roofing business who offer a specialist service to end clients and their party surveyors. You will work on key projects such as BP, Shell, Tesco and other similar larger scale projects offering a full flat roof offering and service. The successful individual will manage a well performing patch which covers London & Southern Home Counties.
