Business Development Manager - Dynamics 365

Job Description: Business Development Manager (D365 CRM & ERP) - Remote - Up to £75k starting salary plus excellent commission package & benefits.

I'm currently working with a leading MS Partner seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in business development & sales to help drive growth in their customer base.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Lead sales campaigns and own the sales process for Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP solutions.
  2. Collaborate with various teams to plan pre-sales, marketing & delivery, and work closely with internal & external stakeholders to meet business needs.
  3. Understand the workings of the wider Microsoft stack, including Azure, Data/Fabric services, & more.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, particularly in the Dynamics 365 space.
  • Confident communication style with exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with clients and partners.
  • Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector is a significant advantage.
  • Understanding of Microsoft solutions, especially D365 and Azure.
  • Salary up to £75k, plus £5k car allowance.
  • Enhanced pension contributions, life assurance, & more.
