Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the growth of our B2B outsourcing services across the UK. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with strong experience in B2B sales, especially towards corporate and enterprise clients, and with a passion for relationship-building, networking, and driving commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients, build strategic relationships, and expand our client base in the UK market.
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle—from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation and contract closing.
  • Focus on outsourcing services, including business process outsourcing, shared services, and nearshore/offshore models.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to present tailored solutions to clients.
  • Attend networking events and industry meetups, conduct outreach via email and social channels, and engage in social selling.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Success will be measured by the quality and volume of client engagements and closed opportunities.

Requirements
  • Native-level English fluency—both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on corporate or enterprise clients.
  • Experience in selling outsourcing services, business solutions, or consulting is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to network, attend business events, build client relationships, and leverage social selling tools like LinkedIn.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive activities without close supervision.

Contract Structure

This is a contractor role for professionals operating as individual entrepreneurs or freelancers.

Invoicing will be required monthly. Compensation includes a fixed monthly fee plus quarterly performance bonuses. Health insurance is included.
