Our client, a specialist MEP contractor, is looking for a Business Development Manager to oversee the South region of the UK (e.g., London, Birmingham, Oxford, Cambridge, etc.).

This role will be part of the work-winning team, responsible for identifying leads and building the pipeline to support the company's growth. You will liaise with stakeholders such as Project Managers, M&E Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, and End Clients to understand project pipelines and relevant scopes for engagement.

The current focus areas include Commercial, Healthcare, Science & Research, and Higher Education, with increasing involvement in Data Centres and Energy sectors.
