Field-Based - South Wales Region • Full-time, permanent • Salary around £40k dependent on experience plus commission, car allowance, and a generous benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Spend most of your time in the field, meeting with existing customers and seeking out exciting new opportunities.
- Manage and expand existing accounts while actively identifying and winning new customers.
- Represent Principality Plastics as the face of our trusted brand and deliver exceptional service that keeps customers coming back.
- Plan your territory, track performance, and hit your sales goals with confidence.
Requirements / The Candidate
- Proven experience in B2B sales — ideally in building plastics, windows and doors, or related sectors.
- Thrives in a field-based, customer-facing role; enjoys being on the move and in front of people.
- Natural communicator and relationship builder.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-focused.
- Holds a valid UK driving licence.
