I am looking for a Business Development Manager for a Luxury Skincare brand for Scotland, Northumberland & Cumbria.

Join one of the UK's most prestigious professional skincare brands.

I am seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to represent this award-winning brand across a dynamic and growing territory: Scotland, Northumberland & Cumbria.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven beauty professional who is ready to take the next step in their career — supporting salons and spas while representing one of the industry’s most respected skincare houses.

About the Role

As a BDM, you’ll work both strategically and tactically to grow the visibility, use, and sales of treatments and products. Your role will include:

️ Supporting and developing existing salon and spa partners

️ Generating new business across your territory

️ Delivering in-salon and group training to an exceptional standard

️ Promoting and advising on the franchise concept

️ Providing expert-level support and guidance to beauty professionals

️ Managing your own schedule with flexibility and autonomy

You’ll also attend events, deliver promotional materials and demo equipment, and contribute to the overall growth of the brand in the UK & Ireland.

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy (including face & body electricals) – Essential

Minimum 5 years experience in the professional beauty industry

Proven sales experience – ideally field-based

Ability to train, motivate, and support salons to grow their business

Strong commercial awareness and salon business knowledge

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Self-motivation and reliability – you’ll be managing your own territory

Full clean driving licence & recent eyesight test

Must reside within the territory

The Package

Car Allowance: £6,000 per annum or Company Car
