Job summary

Business Development Manager Role

To be a successful Business Development Manager for our client, you will have the following necessary requirements:

  1. New Business prospecting
  2. Experience networking at a senior level (CFO, CEO, CXO, CPO, etc.)
  3. Owning the full sales cycle from sourcing a client to closing
  4. In-depth understanding of the apprenticeship levy scheme
  5. Extensive experience in selling training solutions, eLearning, and/or education software
  6. Excellent executive presence and the ability to lead and close complex sales using value propositions
  7. Self-motivation, discipline, creativity, and determination to reach goals with minimal management intervention
  8. Ability to work remotely from home
  9. Capability to work independently and lead teams on key projects and initiatives
  10. Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  11. Ability to build relationships with peers and senior management

Additional requirements include:

  1. Independent and thoughtful sales professional with advanced negotiation skills
  2. Overachieving sales professional who can articulate and quantify successes confidently
