What's the role about?

Business Development Manager

Do you have a knack for the commercial game and a love for tackling tough challenges?

Do you have a proven track record in the out-of-home (OOH) channel?

Are you a dynamic individual looking for a new challenge with an amazing confectionery brand?

Position Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k OTE) + up to 20% bonus + company car

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Crawley, Brighton, Guildford, Leatherhead, Sutton and surrounds

In this role, you'll be responsible for business development and territory management within the confectionery OOH scene, engaging with a diverse range of sectors and clients, from local favorites to regional powerhouses. Your goal is to drive growth by building relationships and expanding our market presence.

As our Business Development Manager, your main objective is to increase sales and improve distribution channels by establishing and nurturing relationships with decision-makers across the OOH spectrum. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a constantly evolving industry.
