What's the role about?

Business Development Manager

Are you passionate about the commercial landscape and eager to tackle challenging opportunities?

Do you have a proven track record in the out-of-home (OOH) channel?

Are you a dynamic individual seeking a new challenge with an exciting confectionery brand?

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k OTE) + up to 20% bonus + company car

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Lichfield, Banbury, and surrounding areas

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth and manage territory development across various sectors within the confectionery OOH scene. Your role involves building relationships with local and regional clients, supporting our growth strategy, and expanding our market presence.

Your main goal is to increase sales and improve distribution by engaging with decision-makers across the OOH spectrum. This position offers autonomy, challenges, and growth opportunities within a dynamic industry.

Candidate Profile
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude; resilient and tenacious in OOH environments
  • Experience working with customers in OOH/Foodservice channels
  • Proven sales experience and success in acquiring new business
  • Valid UK or international manual driving license held for at least 1 year
