We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Home-Based)

We are looking for a success-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. If you're a confident connector with a track record of winning work in construction or real estate, this is your chance to work flexibly and earn uncapped commission.

Booking qualified sales appointments across a portfolio of top-tier clients
Building relationships in the fit-out & refurbishment sectors
Matching the right contractors to the right opportunities
Managing your pipeline via our CRM and contributing to team strategy
Proven BD or sales experience (ideally in construction or property)
A natural relationship-builder with a proactive mindset
Confidence working independently (with full support behind you)
UK driving licence for occasional site visits
