We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Home-Based)

We are looking for a success-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. If you're a confident connector with a track record of winning work in construction or real estate, this is your chance to work flexibly and earn uncapped commission.

  • Booking qualified sales appointments across a portfolio of top-tier clients
  • Building relationships in the fit-out & refurbishment sectors
  • Matching the right contractors to the right opportunities
  • Managing your pipeline via our CRM and contributing to team strategy
  • Proven BD or sales experience (ideally in construction or property)
  • A natural relationship-builder with a proactive mindset
  • Confidence working independently (with full support behind you)
  • UK driving licence for occasional site visits

  • £26,000 basic to start, rising to £30,000 after probation
  • 1% commission on total project value – paid in 2 stages
