Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. The following outcomes will define success in this role:

  • Revenue Growth: Drive new business revenue through consulting, staff augmentation, and managed services deals.
  • Client Acquisition: Secure new enterprise clients annually, focusing on accounts with long-term potential.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities at various sales cycle stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve new business targets and revenue growth.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client needs.
  • Drive growth in consulting, staff augmentation, and managed services, including outcome-based models.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, with a focus on selling engineering services.
