Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a fully remote, standalone role, primarily working with B2B clients.

Principal Services:

  • Full white label credit management outsourcing
  • Office-based debt collection
  • Field visit collection and debt counselling
  • Legal action services via our in-house legal team licensed by the SRA
  • Trace services

Personal Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales-based role with verifiable income generation
  • Clean driving license required for UK travel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling leads via Vision (CRM) to generate new prospect appointments, including outreach to accountants and insolvency practitioners for referrals
  • Attend prospect meetings, assess opportunities, and sell services
  • Produce tailored proposal letters post-meetings outlining services, benefits, and charges
  • Participate in setup meetings to align services with client requirements
  • Attend review meetings to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve appointment and revenue targets
  • Participate in monthly sales review meetings

Rewards:

  • Competitive salary plus a generous uncapped commission package, enabling on-target earnings over £100,000 annually
  • Commission at 10% of revenue in the first year, 5% in the second year; no commission on clients after year 3
  • Monthly car allowance based on candidate level
