Looking for a remote-first Business Development Manager role in PropTech?

If you're an ex-Estate Agent who knows how to cold-call, or you've cold-called INTO Estate Agents, then read on.

This is a 360 BDM role for a PropTech client. They are looking for someone who is confident on the phone. Has the ability to overcome objections. Strong prospecting skills. Knows how Estate Agents think, and really someone who is just a solid, friendly, team player.

Client

My client is a PropTech company looking to expand their Business Development Management team to increase their market share in the sector.

They're an ever evolving company with an incredible product.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with Estate Agents in your patch
  • Conduct outreach campaigns, mainly through cold calling (with emails and LinkedIn messages to support)
  • Convert self-generated leads to demos
  • Carry out demos and convert to customers
  • Onboard customers ensuring they’re set up and utilising the platform

Relationship Management

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with your existing clients
  • Act as a key point of contact for your clients with any queries they have
  • Work with the internal team to refine clients' services

Reporting

  • Track and report KPI’s to the Senior Leadership Team when required to ensure targets and performance are met

Requirements

  • Cold-calling is ESSENTIAL
  • Knowledge of Estate Agency market (having been one, or sold into them) is ESSENTIAL
  • Online Demo's is Ideal

Package

  • Remote role

  • Monday - Friday 8/9am - 5/6pm
