Job summary

Mast Digital (UK) Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the South East, working in a hybrid, full-time capacity. You will own key accounts and drive growth across Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and beyond.

You will bring a hunter mindset, strong account-management skills and a passion for customer experience, with a readiness to learn about security, AV and networking solutions. The role offers uncapped commission and dedicated training within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire, Security, Electrical wholesale or distribution.
• Hunter mentality and account management skills.
• Care about customer experience as much as targets.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow accounts across Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire & beyond.
• Bring our pre-build and technical support services to new installers & integrators.
• Work with a team obsessed with delivery and service, not just boxes.
• Previous experience in internal sales or account management (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasive telephone manner.
• Self-motivated, proactive attitude and hungry for success.
• Team player contributing to a positive sales environment.
