Business Development Manager

How you'll make an impact

Our community of finance leaders in the South-West is central to our success. We need a natural connector who thrives on engaging conversations and identifies opportunities. Your goal is to open doors, build relationships, and make Core3 the first call a CFO makes for insights or talent. You will collaborate closely with a Talent Delivery Consultant to fulfill the roles you secure.

What you will be doing

  • Develop your personal brand on LinkedIn and leverage our content strategy to establish market presence.
  • Identify target accounts through meticulous CRM planning and AI insights, then craft personalized outreach strategies.
  • Engage regularly with prospective clients to explain our USPs and build trust.
  • Build genuine relationships with finance leaders through various meetings and events.
  • Expand existing client relationships to enhance service delivery.
  • Grow our Inner Circle community by hosting events and roundtables.
  • Invite podcast guests, speakers, and rising stars to strengthen our market position.
  • Utilize our content tools like salary guides and market reports to provide value.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact to signed agreements, ensuring seamless handovers.
  • Track all interactions in Vincere CRM, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Uphold Core3's B Corp ethos, demonstrating that profit, people, and planet can coexist.
