Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bradford, focused on driving growth across VPS UK&I’s security and property solutions portfolio. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and developing tailored proposals that align with each customer’s risk profile and operational needs. The Business Development Manager will manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing, collaborating closely with operations, marketing, and technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and deliverable. Day-to-day responsibilities include pipeline management, forecasting, preparing presentations and tenders, attending client meetings and industry events, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The role also includes reporting on performance against targets, contributing to pricing and commercial strategies, and promoting VPS’s services in a professional and consultative manner.
