Business Development Manager - Senior-Level

Role Overview

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect and build a strong pipeline using phone, LinkedIn, email and sales tools, focused on consistent, quality new business generation
- Run consultative conversations with IT and InfoSec leaders, positioning solutions clearly and tailoring demos to what matters most to each customer
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first meeting through to contract close and a smooth handover to Customer Success
- Deliver against a quarterly sales target, with clear forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, channel partners and marketing to elevate meeting quality, improve win rates and maximise territory results
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 1 year), with evidence of self-generated opportunities you’ve personally closed
- Strong prospecting capability across phone and digital channels, with resilience and consistency
- Confident, clear communication and presentation skills — able to influence stakeholders and run discovery-led conversations
- Target-driven mindset with a competitive edge, balanced with being a genuinely collaborative team player
- Coachable, curious and quick to apply feedback to improve your results
