Job summary

Diverse Commercial Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across its commercial cleaning and facilities management services in South Wales and the South West. You will own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to tender submission, negotiation, contract award and handover to the operational teams.

The role requires an established network, strong FM industry knowledge and a proven track record of securing profitable contracts, with

Qualifications

• Significant business development experience within the facilities management industry (including cleaning or M&E).
• Proven ability to manage full sales/tender process from identification to contract award.
• Strong commercial awareness: pricing, margins, mobilisation costs and profitability.
• Experience producing high-quality tender submissions and proposals.
• Confidence negotiating with senior decision-makers and building networks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new commercial contracts in cleaning, maintenance and facilities management.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Lead tender submissions, proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate terms and support contract mobilisation and handover to operations.
• Provide sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the Board.
