CKB Recruitment Ltd is recruiting four Business Development Executives for a Stockton office in the insurance brokerage sector. The role focuses on contacting prospective business clients, building relationships, and generating opportunities for the broking team.

You will train toward an Insurance Broker position with clear progressions and a structured development pathway. You’ll benefit from a basic salary of £24,000 plus a monthly bonus, training, and intro to professional indemnity insurance

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients by telephone, email and other channels.
• Build rapport, identify opportunities and explain the brokerage's services.
• Follow up enquiries and encourage prospects to complete insurance forms.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Work closely with Brokers to support new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and notes of conversations.
• Manage your diary and work towards activity and sales targets.
• Participate in training to develop insurance knowledge and broking skills.
