CKB Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Executive for a Takeley-based insurance agency. The role offers a starting salary of £30,000–£33,000 with commission and full training on insurance products.

No prior insurance experience is required; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key, with a clear plan to develop your sales skills. You will identify prospects, speak with business owners, tailor solutions, and build a CRM-backed pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own sales opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Speak confidently with business owners, directors and decision-makers.
• Understand a client’s business and identify suitable insurance solutions.
• Explain the benefits of products and personal service.
• Win new commercial clients across target sectors outside farming.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services, including motor and personal insurance.
