CKB Recruitment Ltd is recruiting four Business Development Executives to join an insurance brokerage in Stockton. The role focuses on contacting prospective business clients, building rapport and generating opportunities for the broking team, with a clear route to progression into an Insurance Broker role.

You'll receive a £24,000 basic salary plus a monthly bonus up to £400, with training and practical experience to develop insurance knowledge over about 12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, business development or a target-driven customer-facing role would be particularly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective clients by telephone, email and other channels.
• Building rapport, identifying opportunities and explaining the brokerage's services.
• Following up enquiries and encouraging prospects to complete insurance proposal forms.

• Working closely with Brokers to support new business opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate client records and notes of conversations.
• Managing your diary and working towards activity and sales targets.

Business Development Executive - Progression into Insurance Broking

Stockton | £24,000 basic + bonus of up to £400 per month | Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm | Four positions available

We're recruiting four Business Development Executives to join an insurance brokerage at its Stockton office.

This business develops its BDEs into Insurance Brokers, providing training and practical experience along the way. The process typically takes around a year, depending on your development and readiness for the next step.

It's an opportunity to put your communication skills to work, earn a monthly bonus and build specialist knowledge for a long-term career in insurance.

The role

You'll contact prospective business clients, build relationships and generate opportunities for the broking team. Alongside this, you'll develop your understanding of Professional Indemnity insurance and how brokers help businesses protect themselves.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performance-related bonus of up to £400 per month — potential annual earnings of £28,800 if the maximum bonus is achieved each month.
