Job summary

CKB Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Executive for an Essex-based insurance agency. You’ll receive full insurance training and follow a structured plan to build product knowledge and confidence. A development-focused role welcomes applicants with enthusiasm and a talent for building relationships.

Starting from £30,000 with commission, you’ll identify opportunities, engage with business owners, and expand the commercial client base while learning to recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; potential and willingness to learn.
• GCSEs including English Language and Mathematics are required.
• Ability to build relationships, retain information and develop sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities and build a pipeline of prospects.
• Speak confidently with business owners, directors and decision-makers.
• Understand clients' businesses to identify suitable insurance solutions.
• Explain benefits of products and provide personal service.
• Win new commercial clients beyond farming sectors.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support renewal activities.
