I am currently looking for a Business Development Director for a fantastic global full-service clinical Contract Research Organization with a great culture and excellent proposition. This is an exciting, newly created role working with a high-performance global team. The CRO has a strong reputation with clients, is very stable, and has an excellent track record of growth year on year. You will be supported by a respected commercial team and some of the best clinical expertise in the industry, joining an organization with an excellent collaborative culture.
The role is an individual sales contributor position. It is remote, working from home, focusing on the UK/western European territory. You will be responsible for securing new business and managing accounts within pharma, biotechnology, and medical device companies across various therapeutic areas including oncology, CNS, renal, and rare diseases. Success in this role requires a hunter mentality, a strong network, and a sales track record in this region, selling full-service CRO solutions.
