• Previous experience in sales, business development or account management

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable preparing quotations, managing enquiries and coordinating multiple tasks

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Prepare accurate quotations and process sales orders.
• Coordinate customer projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Arrange customer consultations, appointments and site visits where required.
