Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Milton Keynes IT solutions provider to recruit an IT Sales Executive / Account Manager. This role focuses on building a new customer base, managing long-term relationships and delivering tailored technology solutions.

You will identify opportunities, engage IT decision-makers and drive revenue through a consultative, B2B sales approach. A strong track record in IT sales and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT sales or IT reseller/VAR environments.
• Experience selling IT hardware, software, cloud, MSP or related tech solutions.
• Proven B2B sales track record and full sales cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK.
• Prospect for new customers via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and manage your portfolio of business customers.
• Develop relationships with IT decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technology solutions.
• Sell IT products, services and solutions to business customers.
• Work with internal technical specialists and vendors to tailor solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
• Generate quotations and proposals using the CRM.
• Develop existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales, revenue and gross profit targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information.
