ACS Staffing Solutions in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a confident Business Development Executive to grow our client base. The role blends business development, account management and customer support to build lasting relationships and deliver opportunities from initial enquiry to completion.

You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, respond to enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face, and prepare quotations to process sales orders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Confident communicator who builds strong customer relationships.
• Commercially aware, proactive and motivated to achieve results.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable preparing quotations and coordinating multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with prospective customers.
• Managing and growing relationships with existing clients.
• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Preparing accurate quotations and processing sales orders.
• Coordinating customer projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Arranging customer consultations, appointments and site visits where required.
