Qualifications

• Proven experience producing BA deliverables such as requirements documentation, user stories, process maps and gap analysis.
• Evidence of leading requirements gathering or process mapping workshops and delivering outputs to agreed deadlines.
• Experience analysing business or operational data to support decision-making and identify improvements.
• Demonstrable experience implementing business process improvements and reducing complexity.
• Practical experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and collaboration platforms with exposure to Jira or Azure DevOps.
