Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience working with commercial, finance, or sales order processing functions.
• Ability to work autonomously and build relationships with senior stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document current and future business processes.
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, or other documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Support the evaluation of potential solutions, including third-party applications where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to assess benefits, risks, and business value.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Support testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are fit for purpose.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and supporting materials.
• Contribute to successful business change by supporting implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
