More about your role

You will take ownership of delivering business analysis outputs across a range of projects, including requirements documentation, process mapping (as-is and to-be), gap analysis and test scenarios. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to translate business needs into practical solutions, leading workshops and ensuring outputs are delivered to agreed timescales and standards. This role is to support and deliver two key repairs operations projects that is focussing on improving customer Satisfaction and reducing customer complaints.

You will also carry out data analysis to support decision-making, identify improvement opportunities and validate requirements. Working collaboratively across teams, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, innovation and a strong customer focus, ensuring services are efficient, effective and deliver value.

Essential criteria
  • Proven experience producing business analysis deliverables such as requirements documentation, user stories, process maps and gap analysis
  • Evidence of leading requirements gathering or process mapping workshops and delivering outputs to agreed deadlines
  • Experience of analysing business or operational data to support decision-making and identify improvements
  • Demonstrable experience of implementing business process improvements and reducing complexity
  • Practical experience using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and collaboration platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams), with exposure to Jira or Azure DevOps
