Qualifications

Proven experience delivering BA artifacts: requirements docs, user stories, process maps.
Led requirements gathering workshops and met deadlines.
Experience analyzing data to support decisions.
Implemented business process improvements and reduced complexity.
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and collaboration tools (Teams), Jira or Azure DevOps.
