Job summary

The Housing Network (THN) is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Head Office in Luton. This full-time role focuses on reviewing processes, documenting workflows, and enabling change through stakeholder engagement and UAT coordination.

You will gather requirements, map current and future processes, develop SOPs, and support training and adoption of new systems. A background in housing or CRM/ERP is advantageous, with a strong analytical mindset essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Analyst, process improvement, change or operational analysis role.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Experience producing process maps, workflows, SOPs or user guidance.
• Experience supporting change implementation, testing or system improvement.
• Strong analytical, written and organisational capability.
• Desirable: housing-sector experience.
• Experience with housing management, CRM or ERP systems (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead process reviews through stakeholder interviews, workshops and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Map and document current and future business processes, highlighting risks, gaps and areas for simplification.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating operational needs into clear solutions and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, user guides and knowledge resources.
• Support system and process change projects, including impact assessments, business cases and implementation planning.
• Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Support adoption of new processes and systems through training, communications, user support and continuous improvement activities
