Synapri are working with a leading consultancy client to hire a number of Business Analysts holding SC clearance. These roles will be Outside IR35 for an initial 6 months, but are likely to run longer than a year. This role will be a remote first; there may be occasional travel to the client site (2-3 times per month) in London.

These roles will be paying £350-£400pd Outside IR35

These roles will require active SC Clearance

The 3 Business Analyst roles have slightly different focuses as per the below:

1) Business Analyst - Learning and Training

This role will be focused on designing and developing training materials for new software systems and business processes

Key responsibilities:

• Experience developing training and learning plans and materials
• Experience leading training workshops for staff
• Demonstrable agile working experience
• Experience with User Journeys and Journey Mapping
• Active SC Clearance

2) Business Analyst - Software Testing Experience

Software testing required; there are two vacancies, one focused on functional testing and one focused on non-functional testing.

Key responsibilities:

• Experience with either functional-focused testing or non-functional (1 role for each).
• Demonstrable agile working experience
• Experience with User Journeys and Journey Mapping
• Active SC Clearance

3) Business Analyst

Focused on Target Operating Model definition and delivery, Business modelling and lifecycle management,

Key responsibilities:

• Experience with Target Operating Model definition and delivery
• User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, User Journeys
• Agile-focused working
• Experience with COTS products
• Benefits modelling and lifecycle management.
• Active SC Clearance.

All the above roles require active SC Clearance (used in the last 12 months).
