This role will give you the chance to gain valuable experience while working towards a Level 2 Business Administration qualification. You will contribute to the smooth running of the Employment and Skills Hubs, supporting a service that makes a real difference to people’s lives across Gloucestershire.

The Administration Apprenticeship is a 12 month programmedesigned to support individuals entering employment while developing the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours required for a successful career in administration.
The programme includes a 10 month structured training period,during which apprentices build core administrative skills through a combination of on the job learning and guided training. This is followed by an Apprenticeship Assessment period where apprentice showcase their learning to successfully achieve the apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship provides a strong entry route into employment, equipping apprentices with practical, workplace ready skills in areas such as communication, organisation, time management, customer service, IT systems and professional working practices that are transferle across sectors.
By the end of the programme, apprentices are well have developed the knowledge and experience to contribute effectively to an administrative role and progress into permanent role or onto further training and career development opportunities.
