J T is seeking a surveying professional to manage a diverse caseload of surveying instructions across the UK, delivering detailed defect diagnosis surveys and costed schedules of works.

You will oversee repair project management, maintain high technical standards, and apply JCT contracts and CDM regulations while supporting private clients alongside insurance claims experience.

This role values innovation, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Qualified surveyor with MRICS/FRICS preferred.
• Experience with JCT contracts and CDM regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct defect diagnosis surveys and costed schedules of works.
• Oversee repair project management and contract administration.
• Deliver high-quality service with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain compliance with TCF and RICS standards.
