Becoming a Registered Building Inspector
We will consider individuals in the early stages of working towards RBI application and support you with the necessary requirements to become a Registered Building Inspector (Class 1, 2, 3) with the NHBC.
NHBC provides dedicated professional support for the Building Safety Regulator framework, including funding and training.
* Please note this opportunity requires a minimum of Class 2A-F RBI Registration.

What you’ll be doing:
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers and surveyors, assessing Building Control and warranty applications for residential and mixed-use schemes.
Your responsibilities include evaluating Building Control compliance, negotiating with developers and builders, coordinating inspections, issuing certificates, and supporting other inspectors and managers.
While primarily based at home, you will frequently visit sites within your geographical area and occasionally visit our offices, including Milton Keynes.
