NHBC is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join its team. The role involves assessing Building Control applications and ensuring compliance with regulations, while providing support and expertise to Building Inspectors. Becoming a Registered Building Inspector
We will consider individuals who are in the early stages of working towards RBI application and support you with the necessary requirements to become a Registered Building Inspector (Class 1, 2, 3) with the NHBC.
NHBC has a dedicated professional employee support team for the Building Safety Regulator framework and will provide the funding and training required.
* Please note this opportunity requires a minimum of Class 2A-F RBI Registration.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be an important part of a multi-disciplinary team of professional engineers and surveyors with responsibility for assessing Building Control and warranty applications on a wide variety of residential and mixed-use schemes.
You will be looking at all aspects of Building Control and assessing accordance with our service level agreements and operating procedures to ensure that all statutory requirements are met and meet the needs of our customers.
You’ll be based from home but can expect to be out frequently, visiting sites in your geographical area. From time to time, you’ll also need to visit our offices, including our head office in Milton Keynes.
