My client is a chartered surveying practice based in the heart of Milton Keynes, with a team of 5, seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join them.

This is an opportunity for a well-seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to work on a portfolio of interesting projects and benefit from further training and progression, including APC for those who aren't chartered.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be exposed to a range of projects across the private, commercial, and public sectors, including schemes within famous London theatres.

As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will work closely with and manage clients, delivering professional and project duties such as due diligence and building surveys, defect diagnosis, fire risk assessments, and contract administration.

Person specification

This role will suit a chartered or non-chartered Senior Building Surveyor with relevant experience in similar sectors who can hit the ground running on projects.
