Becoming a Registered Building Inspector
We will consider individuals who are in the early stages of working towards RBI application and support you with the necessary requirements to become a Registered Building Inspector (Class 1, 2, 3) with the NHBC.
NHBC provides dedicated professional support and funding for the Building Safety Regulator framework.
* Please note this opportunity requires a minimum of Class 2A-F RBI Registration.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers and surveyors, responsible for assessing Building Control and warranty applications for residential and mixed-use projects.
Your tasks include evaluating applications, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and meeting customer needs. You will often work from home but will visit sites across your area and occasionally visit our offices, including Milton Keynes.
