Job summary

The People Pod is seeking a Residence Manager in Newcastle City Centre to lead a premium residential building with a hands-on, hospitality-style approach. You will oversee a customer-facing team, shape resident experiences, and own day-to-day operations to keep the building running smoothly.

We’re looking for energetic, commercial leaders who are obsessed with service excellence, with the authority to manage budgets and drive high standards. Excellent benefits and a 10% bonus are on offer.
