The People Pod is seeking a Residence Manager in Newcastle City Centre to lead a premium residential building with a hands-on, hospitality-style approach. You will oversee a customer-facing team, shape resident experiences, and own day-to-day operations to keep the building running smoothly.
We’re looking for energetic, commercial leaders who are obsessed with service excellence, with the authority to manage budgets and drive high standards. Excellent benefits and a 10% bonus are on offer.
This isn't traditional property management.
And it's definitely not a role where you'll spend your day hidden away in an office.
We're looking for a high-energy, people-focused leader to take ownership of a premium residential building in Newcastle – leading the team, driving the customer experience and making sure the entire operation runs brilliantly.
Think hotel-level service, hospitality-style energy and first-class building operations all under one roof.
As Residence Manager, you'll be the person setting the tone.
You'll:
One minute you could be coaching a team member, the next solving an operational issue, meeting a contractor or chatting with residents.
That's exactly what makes the role interesting.
We're less interested in the name of your current industry and more interested in how you lead.
You could be a:
Hotel Manager Deputy General Manager Operations Manager Rooms Division Manager Hospitality Manager Residence Manager Building Manager General Manager
What matters is that you're:
Energetic. Personable. Commercial. Organised. Hands-on.
You love leading people, you're obsessive about great service and high standards, and you're comfortable taking real ownership of an operation.
Most importantly, you've got the personality and presence to bring a building to life.
If you've spent your career running busy operations, leading teams and creating brilliant customer experiences, this could be the opportunity to take those skills somewhere completely different.
