The People Pod in Edinburgh City Centre is seeking an energetic Assistant Building Manager to join a premium residential building with hotel‑style service. You will work alongside the Building Manager, lead a customer‑facing team, and help create an experience residents love, while overseeing daily operations and facilities management.

We're looking for a brilliant people-person and hands‑on operator to help run a vibrant, premium residential building in the heart of Edinburgh.

Think hotel‑style service, high‑energy hospitality and slick building operations all rolled into one.

You'll be part of an environment that's busy, social and full of personality - working with a young customer base, leading a customer‑facing team and helping create an experience people genuinely love being part of.

What does the job actually involve?

Working alongside the Building Manager, you'll help take ownership of the entire day‑to‑day operation.

That means:

• Leading from the front and getting the best from your team


• Creating a genuinely brilliant resident experience


• Making sure the building looks, feels and operates at its best


• Getting involved in events, engagement and building community


• Managing the everyday challenges that come with a busy building


• Coordinating maintenance, contractors and facilities


• Keeping on top of Health & Safety, compliance and operational standards
