The People Pod in Newcastle City Centre is seeking a Residence Manager to lead a premium residential building and drive an outstanding resident experience. You will head the team, ensure flawless day-to-day operations, and uphold high standards of service across all touchpoints.

We expect a dynamic, hands-on leader who champions guest-focused service, safety, and budget discipline while creating a sociable, community-minded environment for residents.
