IWFM is seeking a dynamic Residence Manager to oversee a premium residential building in Newcastle city centre. You’ll lead a high-energy, guest-focused team, set service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations across facilities, safety and budgets.

With a desire to create hotel‑style service and a sociable community, you’ll own the resident experience from events to everyday interactions. A strong hospitality mindset and hands‑on leadership are essential for success.

You'll:
