Job summary

Workman Facilities Management Limited, the UK's leading independent commercial property management specialist, is seeking a site ambassador for Welcome Offices at The Lincoln. You will report to the Property Manager and lead the onsite team to deliver exceptional service to occupiers and visitors.

You will build strong relationships with occupants, oversee meetings, manage services and support occupier fit-outs while maintaining high health & safety standards and a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing prime commercial buildings and leading site teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong, sustainable relationships with occupiers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and value.
• Create and maintain a building community.
• Lead occupier meetings (agendas and minutes) and oversee onsite interactions.
• Act as the occupiers’ first point of contact for the management team.
• Understand commercial lease structures and support property management teams with occupier fit-outs, alterations and wayleave proposals.
• Drive sustainability initiatives at the building.
• Oversee hard and soft services and monitor contractor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
