Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the United Kingdom seeks a Workplace Manager to lead and deliver hard and soft facilities management services across the site. You will manage the on‑site Workplace team, coordinate with security, cleaning, hospitality and M&E partners, and drive performance against KPIs and contractual commitments.

You will develop asset lifecycle plans, oversee maintenance, ensure compliance and safety, and maintain an exceptional workplace experience for colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years facilities management across hard and soft FM.
• Experience leading teams and delivering service level improvements.
• Proven experience with outsourced providers and KPI/SLA performance.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and risk management.
• IWFM qualification or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing Workplace team and be the visible workplace leader.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of integrated workplace services and manage Front of House/ Mailroom/ Fabric Maintenance.
• Lead supplier relationships across Security, Cleaning, Hospitality, M&E and Building Maintenance.
• Ensure statutory compliance, planned preventative maintenance and asset management.
• Manage budgets, drive cost efficiencies and ensure service delivery against KPIs.
