Job summary

Brunelcare is hiring a Night Care Assistant to deliver outcome-focused care and support, helping residents stay as independent as possible within a homely home environment.

You will promote health and social care standards, work with the team to provide compassionate daily support, and help maintain a kind, caring atmosphere for residents.

• Experience in care is helpful, but excellent communication and a caring attitude are essential.
• Ability to work with a team to provide a homely, supportive environment.

Job description

Pay: £13.11 - £13.48 per hour (depending on experience)

About the role

Deliver outcome-focused care and support to help people make the most of their lives and remain as independent as possible.

To demonstrate, promote, and ensure high health and social care standards for the people living in the home.

To work with the staff team to provide a homely environment for people living in the home.

Maintain a kind, caring, and compassionate approach daily.

Work within the expectations of a care environment based upon individualised care focusing on the physical and social well-being of the people in the home.

Competitive rates of pay
