Brunelcare is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team in the West of England. You will deliver care aimed at helping residents live as independently as possible while promoting high care standards in a warm, homely environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, teamwork and a compassionate approach to those requiring support, with opportunities to make a real difference in people’s lives during night shifts.

Competenze

• Experience in care would be helpful, but not required.
• Excellent communication and caring approach towards those who require support.
• Ability to work well with others and demonstrate empathy and patience.

• Deliver outcome-focused care and support to help people make the most of their lives and remain as independent as possible.
• To demonstrate, promote, and ensure high health and social care standards for the people living in the home.
• To work with the staff team to provide a homely environment for people living in the home.
• Maintain a kind, caring, and compassionate approach daily.
• Work within the expectations of a care environment based upon individualised care focusing on the physical and social well-being of the people in the home.
