NHS Professionals is seeking a Brokerage Placement Assistant to support the coordination and administration of care placements on a temporary basis. You will work with care providers, hospitals, patients and families to ensure appropriate placements while assisting with the financial and administrative processes behind each placement.
The role requires assertive communication, strong organisation and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism.
Location: Choice of three locations Priory House, Bedfordshire; Gemini House, Cambridgeshire or The Forum, Hemel Hempstead
Trust: NHS Hertfordshire & West Essex ICB
Payrate: Band 4, £15.25 per hour
Shift Patterns: Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Duration: Start: ASAP End date: 3 months with possible extension
We are looking for a confident, organised and proactive Brokerage Placement Assistant to join our team on a temporary placement, supporting the coordination and administration of care placements.
This is a varied role where you'll work with a wide range of stakeholders, helping to ensure that individuals receive the appropriate care and support while also assisting with the financial and administrative processes behind each placement.
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
